Ag Awareness Crate Sales are OPEN
It’s time to register for our 2023-24 Ag Awareness Crates, an exciting initiative aimed at promoting agricultural education and awareness in Pennsylvania classrooms. These crates are filled with educational materials and resources related to the field of agriculture.
Ag Awareness Crates are designed to provide educational resources for teachers to utilize and bring agriculture into the classroom. The boxes are managed by the Ag Promotion Committee of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau in partnership with the Pennsylvania Friends of Agriculture Foundation.
Each box will include the following:
- Supplies for ONE class of 30 students
- Ag accurate book
- Educators guide
- Ag Mags
- Differentiated lesson plan for grades K-5 including:
– whole group mini lessons
– access to printable worksheets
– experiment supplies if applicable
– recipe to share
Details:
- Cost per Crate: $30
- Purchase Deadline: October 2, 2023
- Fall: Honeybees (Ships in November) Spring: Strawberries (Ships in March)
The Ag Awareness Crates are in high demand, and we have a limited quantity of 150 crates available for purchase for each type. To secure your crate, please follow the purchase process outlined below:

Payment: Submit your payment of $30 per crate via the provided payment method on the registration form. Payments are non-refundable.

Please note that the crates will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all 150 crates are registered and paid for, the purchase process will be closed.
